Imagination is the greatest resource in the world. It is limitless. We seek to create and diffuse imagination. Since it take on so many forms so do our services. The intent is to teach creative activities and help others articulate their interests and passions
Our History
Hi, I’m Julia, the Hunny of Magpie and Hunny.
I am born and raised Kamaʻāina ( which means I’m from Hawaii) from Webling Elementary to UH Manoa.
Born on May Fourth, it was my destiny to be a nerd. So it is unsurprising that I’m using Origami in new ways from Borg Cubes to Hawaiiana teaching aides.
At UH, I earned my BA with double major in history and English. While doing that, I also worked at Leeward Community College theatre for years. Aside from working on Utopians, I enjoy helping others with their writing, English, and history pursuits.
Hi, I’m Daniel, the Magpie of Magpie & Hunny.
A bit about myself: I’ve worked in theatre in a number of places.
-Oswego, NY, where I went to college (first earning my BA in theatre acting/directing) and put on my Pillar Prize winning play.
-Virginia Beach, VA, where I grew up and worked with the Hampton Roads Shakespeare festival.
-Here in greater Honolulu, I’ve taught acting and improv with After school All Stars as well as working on productions for TAG and Leeward Community College.
-London, UK, where I interned with Theatre 503 doing everything I could to help it succeed.
But my life has been a twisty little path.
After earning my BA, I earned a 2nd in creative writing focused on playwriting then my MA in English Lit.
In 2019, after 8 years of army service, I was ready to become more involved in live theatre when the world shut down. I’m eager, excited, and energetic to help you on your journey.
